You do an initial screening with a recruiter and then interview with the hiring manager within 1-2 weeks. They're often interviewing multiple candidates so you may or may not hear from them for a few weeks or ever.

They asked a lot of questins based on conflict resolution and also management style.

Interview
I was scheduled a virtual interview and then ghosted. While waiting on Teams for 45 minutes I emailed the scheduling recruiter only to be told "we apologize for the inconvenience".
Video interview conducted online. Roughly 10 questions that were very open ended. Seemed a bit pointless, as video interview invites are automatic upon applying for the position. Just seemed like an initial screening step that was a waste of the interviewers time instead of having recruiters or HR personnel screen applications in a more traditional manner.
