Question 1
My motivation to work in a challenging disputes environment
It was more of a chat than an interview really. The interview consisted of a panel of Directors, and the Talent Manager who had been guiding me through the recruitment process. I was given the opportunity to ask questions too. My advice would be to understand your motivations for applying to the firm and be ready to have it queried. Once interview week was over, I received an offer fairly quickly and invited back to the office to sign a contract.
