Since I got a call for the interview, I can see the flow and process of each interview level were constructive and in fact very interactive. I was able to express my thoughts and management acknowledged furthering discussion to take it forward. Moreover, the interview is held at the convenient time without impact the current work. Technical round and hands-on is the real deal breaker where you actually showcase your skills with given time. This leads to a quality interview process where you need to actually perform in the real scenarios. I almost got instant feedback for all interview levels and this shows the transparency. HR round is more interactive and you are free to talk and agree upon. In fact, I have referred many of my friends.
