Interview
The interview process itself took approximately 1 hour and 18 mins.
The questions were well-structured, it wasn't like "please, present yourself", our conversation was natural and it bought more questions when I was answering based on my experience.
The process includes three steps: an introductory call with HR, a technical interview to discuss your experience as a recruiter in more depth, and a final interview with the manager.
