The reason we say that your salary "depends", is that compensation is dependant on many external factors that often come to light after a first introduction call (or even further steps) that can not be foreseen from the start. We are looking for a people with a passion in their field, people who want to contribute to something more and people who would feel good in our environment and way of working, so that they stay.
