First, many thanks for taking the time to share your feedback on your experience, and on behalf of the team I'd like to express our regret that you did not have the kind of candidate experience we strive towards.
We are big believers that Glassdoor is an important way for future Proxyclickers to evaluate whether or not we are the company for them, and we have always supported honest fair reviews. In that spirit, weâd like to highlight a few things related to your comments:
Unfortunately, we don't want to start our conversations discussing very specific salary numbers in the first 3 sentences. We are looking for a great fit, and want to be a place where people want to work, and not just come for the salary - although we tend to pay very well. The reason we say that your salary "depends", is that compensation is dependant on many external factors that often come to light after a first introduction call (or even further steps) that can not be foreseen from the start. We are looking for a people with a passion in their field, people who want to contribute to something more and people who would feel good in our environment and way of working, so that they stay. We want a long term win-win relationship, with people who feel like theyâre in the right place.
Proxyclick is a Visitor management and employee management system. We strive to use technology to help different people get in and out of different locations. And this is not only limited to offices. But whoever needs to use technology to assure safety and security of their people
