Interview
Met compliance manager at college career fair. Interview was 2 stages. First stage had 3 people, with one interviewer located in from Iowa. Second had 2 people including one director and a senior compliance specialist. After 2 weeks I called the recruiter to check on progress, she told me nothing yet but I was one of the top candidates. a few days later a coordinator told me they weren't filling the position anymore. Though long, the process was great. Interviewers were respectful and asked relevant questions pertaining to job responsibilities. Best of all, the compliance manager kept her word and followed up like she said she would. I would've enjoyed working there. Don't overthink it, they are down to earth people just looking at your situational judgement but beware they will ask follow up questions to try and poke holes in your response. Use the STAR method and don't lie.
