Interview
The interviewer asked typical questions about you to find out more about your personality, your past work experiences, and what is your motivation for joining the insurance industry. This part took only about 10 minutes. The remaining 20 minutes were spent on the interviewer explaining to me (someone new to the insurance industry) what the job is like, the structure/hierarchy of the company, and what I can expect to earn. The interviewer was rather frank and straightforward. I left the interview with a better understanding of what the job is like.

Tell me something about yourself that I cannot find in your resume.
The HR asked me a few general questions and check on my qualification certs from university. The certificates from MAS are also checked so make sure you passed all 4 required exams.
Pretty straightforward interview, I was asked questions about my personality and upbringing, previous work experiences. Was provided with more information on the job scope and on how the team operates
