I had a one on one with a a recruiter then was moved forward further into another interview process. I'll go in today with one of the managers to have another conversation which will be more traditionally interview based.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself. Are you able to handle the entrepreneur side of being a CFP.
I did a 20-minute call with a recruiter. The conversation was great, she seemed to care about me as a person whether or not I continued with Prudential. I chose not to continue the hiring process because the position had no base salary.

Interview
15 minute phone call interview to start, followed by a 30 minute zoom interview, concluding with a 30 minute interview in the office. The overall process is very easy and mostly asks why you would want to work for Prudential and if you are alright with the pay.

It was very thorough and transparent. The recruiters were easy to talk to and took time to understand what I was looking for. Overall, it was a good experience. I would recommend this company.
