Prudential Technical Lead - Director interview questions

First round with HR, all general HR stuff. He asked me couple of generic questions and shown interest in my education and profile. Next round was with the hiring manager over the phone. The process was scheduled for 30 min, but it went up to 50 min. Hiring manager shown lot of interest in my present job and my academic. She also talked with me about the next steps in detail. After that 3-months no news from the company. Couple of times, I had reached out to the HR asking for the interview status. Only same answer no decision has been made.
