      R&D Process Engineer Interview

      18 Aug 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Prysmian in Jul 2025

      Interview

First round interview with HR recruiter was pretty typical screening interview to just go over resume before passing along to the hiring manager. Interview went well and I was told I'd have an answer regarding a second round interview by the end of the day or early the following business day. After several follow up emails, I was told several times that the recruiter would be meeting the hiring manager later that day, several times. After just shy of three weeks, I was told they had moved forward with other candidates. I can't help but think that a delay of three weeks probably didn't improve my chances.
