Overall, was ok until it wasn’t. I got to a final round interview had it scheduled on Monday the Tuesday before. On Friday they canceled and said they were going to go in a different direction and that they would “retain my information” if something came a long that was a better fit. I have 10 years of experience at the highest level buying ads online I’ve managed Facebook ads almost every day for 9 years straight so i do not think they will be able to find anyone with a “closer match” on skill which just tells me that they really have no clue what they are doing. At the end of the day, I respect that people have obviously a choice in who they hire, just don’t waste peoples time in the process especially if they’ve blocked of calendar time in person for days in advance. Unprofessional and a serious red flag.
