Interview
Had a phone screener with a recruiter from PublicSquare. Talked about me and my experience and whatnot. Very casual conversation. Talked about the company politics and how I felt about them. Thought it went well but they decided to not proceed to the next round. Not sure why they would do the phone screener if they felt I wasn't qualified.
Recruiter call about 10 minutes as they have to screen all the applicants and do not have time for all, next hiring manager will be 20 to 30 mins and then team

Interview
The process itself was quite simple. I applied and was invited to interview based on my skills. The interview itself was very politically charged. They asked questions about firearms and political stance; It was quite uncomfortable.
