The interview process included a phone interview and an in-person interview. The phone interview was short and conducted by HR in less than 15 minutes. This interview is mostly technical and has questions about your experience, education, and visa status. The second interview was held in person in the office, I spoke to the same HR employee and it was a revision of what was already discussed but with some more probing into my resume. Once that was finished, the head of the department I was interning in dropped in to interview and the HR person stayed in the room to take notes. This interview was more specific to the role and I was asked questions about my skills, to identify a current trend in advertising and also what my favorite ad campaign was and why.
