An HR called me to conduct the first telephonic interview, she described the company and the main responsibilities of the position, then we made a Microsoft teams interview with the head of technology, the HR said she would let me know as soon as possible (next week) about the outcome of the interview and in which direction we are going, but I didn't hear from them for more than 3 weeks, the process of the recruitment is really disappointing.
