The interviewer was direct and very friendly. The salary shared was extremely low for management compared to industry standards and similar roles. Remote work is also no longer an option.

Pretty average for an agency. Two rounds, one test (client strategy scenario) for the second round. Had to do a presentation for two heads of team. It wasn’t overly difficult just time consuming.

How I would do a marketing strategy for a mum brand
The interview was moderate, as an intern it was telephonic and confidence is key during answering. I was asked questions regarding efficiency of graphics and adobe, and about prior experience.
