I have taken interview with sapient today ,interviewer was a lady who doesn't have minimum technical knowledge and more over she is having attitude problem.
Asking all the irrelevant questions and ended up.
All the interviewers will not be in the same way,but i met the one. HR people are polite and kind.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Publicis Sapient (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Aug 2020
Interview
Recieved a call from HR , interview process comprised of initial coding round on BigData and 1 core program language question. After coding round you have a technical one on one discussion and if you clear that you get a call for Managerial round which is nothing but you are asked about your previous projects more of a kind of functional and not technical.
