      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Publicis Sapient (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Feb 2018

      Interview

They create very personalised experience for you and at same very challenging one. Post telephone screening you need to spend your entire day to go through different rounds. Your interview day starts with white boarding the solution and subsequent discussions on your proposed solution to understand the different aspects like technical acumen, people/process angle, overall execution etc.

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Publicis Sapient in May 2022

      Interview

Tagline - Unprofessional, a lot be desired in the recruiting and interview process I went through rather painfully. 1. First interview - scheduled within a week for 45 mins and had very positive feedback 2. Second interview - for a case study followed up with a review session, usually they bundled together as part of the same interview, where review session is questions and answers on your case study so they can evaluate your thought process. After this interview there would be only a behavioral/ hr interview before they make a decision. A lot went wrong with the second interview. - Took 3-4 weeks to even schedule due to company backing out on last minute on confirmed interview, then don't hear for more than a week or so, very frustrating - when finally 2nd interview took place after several weeks it was for a combined case study + review session - Once finished and submitted case study portion of the interview they informed that, reviewer is unable to participate the review session due to yet another backing out, and will schedule the review within a day or two as it is an integral part of the second round. - Both myself and my recruiter attempted talking directly to Sapient recruiter over the issue for more than a month and it went dead silent. - After month or so very casual message not hiring anymore. This whole episode is striking very unprofessional for a company to treat their to be employers, not wonder pushing away good talent. To just set the context right here, it is not a matter of my case-study is incomplete or not to par (I believe it is well detailed and addressed the concerns), the follow up review never took place and felt hanging. I know this is rather unprofessional experience for me with the company and not an average experience for everyone, however want to warn serious candidates to keep this in check, there recruiting process just might drop the ball and leave you hanging without communication and not providing reasonable and fair chance to all candidates.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Publicis Sapient (Miami, FL) in May 2019

      Interview

Process took 3 weeks, first phone interview followed by an in-person. Phone screen was very interactive and gave me a great first impression of the company and its culture, I was excited. It was during the in-person where things really went south, first it was more of a resistance test than anything else, I was there for about 6 intense hours without a proper break, no lunch, nothing, I was starting to have sugar crashes. People would literally be eating their lunch while interviewing me with quite an attitude as if they didn't want to be there, makes you think if that's the type of people you want to be working with. There was a scenario based challenge which was average but you only had less than 30 minutes to read thru 4 full pages of requirements and design the solution on the whiteboard, followed by several in depth questions as if you had 30 days to work it thru, like that's how a real life scenario plays out. The call I received from the hiring manager after the interview was the most unprofessional I've ever had, the impression I had was as if he wanted to make sure I knew I completely blew the whole interview all across the board, totally unnecessary.
