Initial contact to arrange a day and time to speak to an interviewer. Once a day and time were arranged, I received an email informing me it was a video interview. However, it ended up being a phone interview which is fine as long as you don't disable notifications or mute your mobile phone. I was asked standard questions about skills, experience and knowledge. The interviewer was friendly and welcoming, allowing for a more fluid conversation.
