Interview
I had to call multiple times until finally I was asked to come in for an interview. The interview was very relaxed and lasted no more than 20 minutes. At the end the manager requested a cheek swab drug test from me and said that he would be in touch. A couple days later they called and offered me the position.
Manager wanting to hear about you, your skills and basic knowledge. Showing respect and enthusiasm. Basic, getting to know the company, a friendly environment and the challenges it may come with.
It was a hiring event so about ten people were doing interviews all at once. They had several store managers doing the interviews. I had a district manager interview me.
