The interview process is really thorough and involves a drug test. The managers do an excellent job at making the atmosphere and overall process comfortable for you. They also do a good job of making you feel welcome through the entire process.
Get asked about yourself, your goals, how you approach providing premiere customer service. They also ask what you availability is like. I thought it would be more nerve racking than it was.

Very short and Easy process. Talked with the store manager for around 30 minuets in total for the interview. Several position was offered, however pay was not negotiated during the process.
