Everyone was extremely nice. The process is short and I was hired on the spot. They do a background check as well. I was told now that I have worked for them for a few years that they do hire felons so there are opportunities for people that have a record. They are a very good company to work for with tons of advancement opportunities.

Question 1
They ask you questions based on your resume about past employment. They ask about where you are yourself in years to come, hobbies, and want you to tell them a little bit about yourself
Get asked about yourself, your goals, how you approach providing premiere customer service. They also ask what you availability is like. I thought it would be more nerve racking than it was.

Very short and Easy process. Talked with the store manager for around 30 minuets in total for the interview. Several position was offered, however pay was not negotiated during the process.
