Interview
First you need to fill out personality quiz which takes 30 min at kiosc, then wait to be called for interview, you meet with manager, they send you to training at off site location. They asked your availability and go over pay rate, lunch breaks, and drug test with hair sample.
Asked what I knew about the company. Interviewer was impressed I knew the founder and when it was founded. The interview was very easy and no prior work experience was needed.
Really was easy. Basically the only question asked was why I wanted to work there. I basically just said because I’ve always enjoyed going to Publix growing up and seeing all the employees with a smile made me know it was a good place to work.

I applied online and I showed up at the job fair in both March to learn about the company and April to actually do my interview. It was for a new store they are opening in Rolesville.
