Interview
They care about how well you work in a team and your ability to deliver outstanding customer service. Overall it was a smooth process and wasn’t overly stressful. I had a short phone screen and then an in-person interview.

What would you do if a customer was upset at you? How would you handle the situation?
Easy, conversational. Questions were expected for any retail position. Experience on customer service, difficult scenarios, how you would react in certain situations. Overall easygoing process. It was a phone interview. Did not need to go in.

How would you attend to a customer that claims they got the wrong medication filled.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Publix (Fort Walton Beach, FL) in Oct 2025
Interview
It was a two-part interview with two different departments. I thought both went well, but one of the interviewers was unprofessional in that they bragged about being late regularly and that they did not have clear expectations for their team on timeliness, attendance, or cooperation.
