Originally warm intro-ed to the Co-founder but then abruptly handed off to head of product who surprise interviewed and never followed up. Was supposed to be a simple get to know you chat, but then was a surprise product interview case. Was told was in no way this chat was part of the process, but then it clearly was. In general, really poor showmanship to care about a candidate through the process. Head of product seemed very smug and patronizing. Cofounder didn't even care to make time, even after a warm intro and her personally replying to the intro.
