I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Purple Rock Scissors (Orlando, FL) in Jun 2016
Interview
Totally Unprofessional people.
First of all, I got an email after a month of applying. Setup an online video interview and had to wait almost one and half month and repeated emails to get a reply. Got called for an onsite interview, gave a quick presentation of my projects etc. I was told I would hear back in a week. I kept emailing them regarding the decision and did not hear back almost 2 months.
Employees from their company kept viewing my profile during this duration. Eventually, I gave up.
Definitely, would not want to work here. Never seen such unprofessional people, who cannot even give a proper decision.
The worst thing is they don't even have a proper recruiter, all the emails were being sent via a front desk associate.
Also after looking at their salary data on Glassdoor I realized it is too low for me. I ended up getting a much better offer at a much better company.
HIRE A PROPER RECRUITER!!
DONT ACT TOO BUSY FOR A STARTUP, AS IF YOU ARE GETTING MILLIONS OF APPLICANTS EACH DAY AND YOU DO NOT HAVE TIME TO ATLEAST SEND A RESPONSE.
