Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback on your recent interview experience. With high volume roles such as Client Experience and Client Operations, we typically receive over 1,000 applicants within a two week period. From there, a member of our Talent Acquisition team personally reviews each application and creates a shortlist, based on experience. Due to the volume, our team is unable to interview all shortlisted candidates, and we rely on an initial assessment to determine who to move forward to an interview. Utilizing a short assessment helps us streamline the process and move candidates more efficiently through our pipeline.
