Had a number of interviews - three phone interviews, one with someone in Israel (where most of the employees are) and two with people in the Boston area. Ultimately met some of them face to face in Boston. Wanted to be sure I was ok with managing clients, managing internal teams internationally, matrixed ownership, traveling to Israel, travel to clients, etc.
