I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pushpay (Redmond, WA) in Jul 2025
Interview
It was a pretty typical process. Phone screen with a recruiter and then a video interview with the hiring manager followed by a group interview with 2 people on the hiring team. It was a positive experience with fairly typical behavioral questions, and some questions more specific to their industry and business. Overall it was a positive experience even though I didn't move forward in the process or get an offer.

Question 1
Something like, how do you approach your relationship with the sales team and supporting them with sales enablement assets.
Normal process phone screen with HR recruiter. If you meet requirements your are forwarded to the hiring manager who does another phone screen about your experience and backgrounds after that candidates are sent through a long hiring loop.

Mostly hypotheticals. Some were borderline inappropriate in a corporate setting
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Pushpay (Redmond, WA) in Jan 2017
Interview
Weird interview. HR called and then had a second phone screen with the hiring manager. She said she wanted to hire me because I had knowledge of so many tools and the position I applied for may not be the best fit but she had 4-5 positions open in team. I specifically asked her what role should I come prepared for in case of a in-person interview; her answer "just come".
Went for in person interview, had an interview with four people. Easy questions and they seemed very impressed. When I followed up multiple times I got no response from HR or hiring manager. Finally 3 weeks later got a generic email saying I wasn't selected.
