I applied through Indeed and was contacted through Indeed. Communicating through such platform isn't showing the best professionalism to me. I had to book an interview time through Calendly without knowing in details who I was speaking to related to the position,
Easy going interview, friendly but most definitely lacking the gravitas required for a high profile to be genuinely impressed with the hiring process. Remember that the hiring process is, in many ways, a business card summarising the culture of the company,

I was asked to summarise my background and experience shown in my CV.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Pyramid Solutions (Detroit, MI) in Feb 2022
Interview
After Screening, I've been introduced to the team online, we spent around 45 min talking about my experiences that matches the position, discussion was so friendly that I thought I was selected. I went thru a second interview that was like emphasizing the knowledge.
I had two online interviews. This focused on questions about my experience and interests. This was followed up with a face to face interview with the President of the company.
