I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Q2 Software (Austin, TX) in Aug 2018
Interview
I applied online, they got back to me in 2 days, got phone interview scheduled with the recruiter. This phone interview was for 30 minutes. It went very well.
She explained me about the company, job position, etc.
Interview went very well. She replied next with an email that she has sent my information to the hiring manager and waiting for the feedback.
I waited for 2 weeks and followed up.
She told she is still waiting for the feedback.
And after 2 more days, she replied that they have hired someone else for that position.
Overall it was a wonderful experience.

Interview
I recieved an email from hr recruiter for phone chat, which was standard and went fine. Then I was scheduled to video interview with hiring manager. She canceled the first time and rescheduled. After confirming the date/time with her, she appeared rushed and unprepared. She also had to take a call while I was talking.
Bottom line this was just another interview that didn't measure up to what they publish on their recruiting website, but rather incompetent hiring manager trying to get through her day.
I asked for an update on my candidacy, but to no surprise, I recieved zero response.
I Sent many emails for nothing.

What would you like different in this company compared to your current company?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Q2 Software (Austin, TX) in Feb 2018
Interview
Phone screen with recruiter. Phone screen with hiring manager. Onsite with 9 people for over 4 hours during the lunch hour. Onsite with 1 person for an additional hour and a half. After the last onsite I was told I would hear back early the following week. I did not hear back. I received an email notifying me the team was not moving on. I did not appreciate the lack of follow up via phone and instead opting for email to notify me of the decline considering how much of my personal time was spent going onsite.
