I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Q2 Software in Mar 2022
Interview
The interview process itself is pretty straightforward. 1-2 calls with a recruiter to schedule the interviews, 1 engineering manager+software engineer call, and 1 call with two senior software engineers from the team you will be working with.
HOWEVER.
There was no communication after the fact. After meeting with several people over calls, there was not even an automated "unfortunately, we will not be moving forward" email after two weeks. After doing some frustration-driven sleuthing, I found out on LinkedIn that they had hired someone else for the position on the team. (All the people I had interviewed with had commented on the person's post.)
So word of advice for anyone who is curious about the interviewing process at Q2, expect to never hear from the people you'll be speaking with after the interviews. The reality of job hunting is that a company will not value your time. All it takes is one offer, so if you're experiencing getting ghosted, move on to a place that will respect you and your time.
