The first interview was with a recruiter and the second was with a group product manager at Q4, both were nice and asked questions you would expect at an Interview like this and also made sure I understood the role I was applying for.

I would avoiding going through the process. I had a pretty bad experience with the staffing /
recruitment agent they’ve hired.
Got dm’d on LinkedIn to chat given that my profile would be a good fit. Sent my resume and scheduled the call for a week later. The day comes, I’m waiting in the interview for 5 minutes and no response. Got a message from the recruiter mid interview that she won’t be attending given that they are looking for someone more senior.

Interview
2 rounds of interview post the initial screening call. First round was with the hiring manager (product director). He asked general questions around my background and product management. Next round was a panel interview with heads of design and engineering.
