1. Telephone Interview with your recruiter - more of a relaxed conversation about your background and projects you've worked on.
2. Assessment Day consisting of:
Group Exercise to produce a presentation on a topic (provided on the day)
Technical Interview assessing your knowledge of
Java, OOP, Project history and Agile Methodoligies
Test - 30-40 minute multiple choice test to assess your knowledge of Java e.g. access & non-access modifiers and logical reasoning

Straight forward interview process. First complete strengths based test, then typical aptitude test which is followed by phone call interview. After if successful there is a face to face interview.

Interview
After speaking to the recruiter on the phone, there was then a one to one meeting on MS Teams. Then there was a python great and a brief exam which was done on a video call. Feedback was provided in another call at a later date. After this, there was pre training assessments and learning to be done worth 10+ hours of your time, but teaching you a lot.

Interview
Assessment day started standard with introductions and some games to get to know one another. Next we had a short course on Java programming which we was then tested on. Following this we entered groups where we did research and made presentations for unique and fun topics and a short 1-to-1 interview to briefly go over the Java assessment and a chance for you to ask questions.
