Initial phone screening with recruiter/head hunter. Phone interview with hiring Manager. Face to Face interview with hiring Manager. I believe I may have been included as the "third interviewee" as the requirements for the job changed from the phone interviews to the face to face interview. I was quite annoyed that they wasted my time.
