QCT interview questions

1st interview with outgoing HR manager and the deputy director. A detailed and comprehensive session. Called the next day to schedule an interview with country sales director in TW. The interview went well and verbally offered, said the top management will accept their recommendations to proceed the hiring. Follow up for the offer letter as I have received another offer and need to revert my acceptance. The next day, hr manager called said the top management said I could go ahead to join the other company and they will see more candidates.
