I had 2nd round of interviews, the 1st round with a HR lady manager which is very pleasant lady and friendly. She did communicate before the interview to make sure I am prepared and the 1st round interview with her is very good. But the hirer is strict but didn't really ask many questions. In the end, I don't nail the position.
