It's terrible, this company treats potential employees as tools and has no respect for their time. HR just sends an near-automated email to have you show up at a specific time at their office. The office is also unfortunately located far out in the middle of nowhere without convenient transportation. Never got a good chance to talk to anyone in the company about the position, what they do... etc. They tell applicants to reserve 3-4 hours for a test with 2 additional interviews after. Fair enough. However on the day of the interview, I didn't speak with anyone but the receptionist during the entire process. I wasn't the only interviewee either. Saw others who came and left at similar times at the lobby. I don't think I'll hear back from them, but even if I did I'm not making that trip again.
