A complete joke of a company. I was contacted for an interview, provided my availability for the week, Never heard back till a week after, so I was told the recruiter's schedule was full and needed to provide new availability. Which I did. Never heard back, Had to send a reminder and then I was told that my response was misplaced and I was provided a single opening for that week. Which I agreed. Still not heard back and had to follow up again. Seems like she was forced to speak to me, when she was the one who reached out. Spoke to her finally 3 weeks after the first email. The interview was genuine although very simple for someone at my level.That was 26th of January. After that ...silence. I reached out a couple of times and got some excuses, "people on holidays, sick, busy , could not pin down the manager etc" but I should expect a response the following day. Almost 2 months after I made a final effort, and finally heard the rejection. I am not sure if it is the person or the company, but people who represent an organization need to understand that the way you treat candidates, reflects 100% on the way you treat customers and employees. I am sorry I wasted my time.
