I had a disappointing experience interviewing with QVC Group for a Scrum Master position. Initially, communication was prompt, but after the first round, responses became infrequent and vague. Despite follow-ups, there was no clear update or closure. The lack of transparency and professional courtesy made the process feel unstructured and dismissive. It left me questioning the organization's internal alignment and respect for candidates' time. A more responsive and respectful communication process would have reflected better on their values and culture.
