Three steps were involved as follows:
1. Applied Online
2. Conducted a thirty minute phone screening interview with HR rep asking why I wanted to work for QVC, going over my resume and related work/educational experience, tell about QVC, etc.
3.Conducted two thirty minute interviews with two panels of senior managers. There were no technical questions which was very surprising to me. They basically asked to reflect on any internship or class experience that may be pertinent towards their daily tasks. They discussed my resume, especially technical skills.
Based upon my education background and their requirement to not have any work experience, I was shocked at no offer; however, the opportunity to interview was appreciated.
