The first interview for the graduate consultant recruitment process was very easy and quick lasting only about 10 minutes.The questions posed by the interviewers were straightforward and focused on basic knowledge and qualifications. The interviewers seemed more interested in gauging the candidate's personality and enthusiasm rather than assessing deep technical skills.
