Interview
There were two "soft skills" interviews with a recruiter. After that, you will have another interview with a team member. You will have a code challenge and after that another interview with a Manager.
While I may not have moved onto the next round, the recruiter was extremely friendly and transparent. That's hard to find at a lot of companies these days. Pay range was disclosed up front and truthful feedback throughout the process.

Interview
I applied on their website. I then had a 30-min call with their internal recruiter. Afterwards, I did a 1-hour portfolio presentation with one of their designers. After that stage, I had a 30-min 1:1 call with the design director. They moved quickly through each stage, but I didn't hear back after the 1:1 call.
