Interview
The interview is carried out in three stages (Pre covid). Video interview, in-person interview with the recruiter, and finally the last interview with the recruiter. I only managed to get to the first meeting with the recruiter.

Please tell me about a stressful situation you had in your past work experience and how you solved it.
Initially, Recorded Interview and after that, Video Interview with real recruiters. I got all the process online and got hired. Not too difficult, just needed to be clear and communicative.

How will you assist the deaf customer who is going to the wrong direction?
Via zoom 30 minutes with two managers in Poland and Doha. Easy process and great communication with both offices for the Inprocessing. They will assist with relocation (hotel/ flight reimbursement )
First they take a Phone call interview and if we proceed ahead, they will take an Online interview and lastly an offline interview. After that we have 6 months probation.
