The interviewees came late, and they seemed unprepared. It looked like an informal talk. They asked about my previous experiences and why would I fit in this position. They also asked me to run a mini lecture to test my presentations skills.

Interview
The interview was professional, relevant to the position, and welcoming. I have been interviewed at other universities in the Middle East, and sometimes felt uncomfortable or under appreciated; however, the interview process at Qatar University was well communicated, well structured, and I felt very comfortable throughout. The experience was professional and positive!
