I had a three-stage interview process at Qlik. It began with an HR discussion to assess how well my background and career interests aligned with the role. This was followed by a technical deep-dive with APAC leadership. The final in-person round was a case presentation to both APAC and India leaders. Throughout, the HR team was proactive, flexible, and provided clear guidance—making it very convenient for me to prepare and align on interview schedule.
