Very friendly people. There is room for opinion sharing, contributing with what we know, and the partners are willing to share their time and help us grow. One needs to be self driven to be successful at this team. The company is welcoming and warm in the way it speaks with someone during the interview.

I was asked about a particular project that I had done previously and how I went about to solve the demands of the project.

Interview
The interview was with the two founders of the agency- Kunal and Avinash. A mix of technical plus general work experience related questions. They were basically looking at how comfortable one is in stressful situations and of course, willingness to work meaningfully.
