I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Quali
Interview
A very long process - Inbound from recruiter in USA - Zoom with said recruiter - Zoom with Head of team USA - Zoom with HR - Assignment with their product at home - Presenting through Zoom - Round at office, 5 different people, 1 on one with each - Same day HR again and references - Final answer of Yes or no.
Took about 4 months end to end where I was highly engaged committed and patient.
The overall experience leaves the feeling the company is not closed in on itself and what it wants, there were a handful of candidates throughout these 4 months, out of many they talked to (they were willing to disclose), and at the end they took none and just keep on looking again.
A shame, cause they came across as really nice but after this, I'm pretty thankful I'm not there, appreciation goes both ways, shame, some cool tech there.

The Sales Engineer position is a key position in Quali. Since it requires specialized knowledge and expertise, the process of selecting the right candidate is more involved as we vet candidates carefully to find the most qualified person for the role and the best fit for Quali.
Due to the high number of applications we receive for this type of role, the qualification and interview process can sometimes take longer than is ideal for all parties involved.
Thank you for your patience throughout the process; we apologize if you felt it was too long and we wish you the best of luck in the future.
