Found out online that they were hiring, emailed the manager and was contacted by phone the next day to set up an interview. Drove to the district manager's house (manager of the area closest to me) as she works from home. Interview was laid-back and not nerve-wrecking at all. Interviewer made me feel super comfortable, and she was extremely positive and encouraging. I was hired on the spot.

Question 1
Depending on what subjects you are comfortable tutoring, they might ask you to complete a worksheet on site to see what level you are at. For example, if you say you are comfortable tutoring calculus or chemistry (or more challenging subjects in that area) they might have you answer a few math/science based questions to see if they are comfortable sending you to a potential student for that subject.
