I was approached via linked in. First there was a phone interview, then an in-person. This was before COVID. I went to their midtown office and met in a small corner with their their recruiter. There was an ease of conversation during the interview.

I Applied online. About a few weeks later I came in and met with one of the managers and discussed my previous work experience and how it related to the position I was applying for. We also discussed conflict resolution and education details.

Applied on Harri.com, was invited for an interview. Spoke with a manager who seemed interested, then had me stay to speak with 2 other managers individually. Was then offered job on the spot
