Not really a process, walked in, waited, waited, shop Forman ( former ), walked me through, it was a lot smaller then, told me I would not be running machines , but washing parts, and when I was done washing parts, I could mop , sweep, started washing parts, ended up running brown and sharps, they are no longer there, All CNC now.
